A quaint and wonderful stay in central London with great staff!
The location was excellent, great food and shops nearby. It was also walking distance to many sights, we loved the convenience! The room was quite small and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Clean and comfortable with a great shower
The staff were excellent and very helpful, especially the gentleman at check in. The shower was hot with good water pressure, not always something guaranteed in London! Very steep stairs with no elevator, makes it hard if you have big bags the guy at checkin did bring them to our room for us which was a wonderful help. If you are staying down in the basement, you will get a bit of noise from the rooms above walking around, but it was fine once everyone was asleep.

I was asked for ID on arrival which a wasn’t aware I needed and didn’t have on me, this was resolved relatively quickly. None
